We started with a passion for mobile catering and traditional Italian cooking. Our goal was to bring a new kind of pizza experience to Orange County. By using walnut and oak wood, we create a unique aroma that you cannot find anywhere else. Every pizza we serve is a result of our dedication to quality and traditional baking methods.

Our journey started in 2011 as a mobile catering business. We traveled to small events to share our love for traditional Italian cooking. Today, we have a modern brick-and-mortar shop where we continue to serve thousands of guests. Our owner, Ari, started this business because he loves feeding people and creating a warm place for the community. We are proud to be a local spot where friends and families can gather for a great meal.

We named our shop after the intense heat of our authentic Italian brick ovens. Our ovens, named Vicenzo and Lucia, reach over 900 degrees. This high heat allows us to cook a fresh pizza in under 90 seconds. Using walnut and oak wood creates a smoky flavor and a wonderful aroma you will notice right away. This traditional method ensures your food is served hot and fast, giving you a unique dining experience every time you visit.

While we specialize in Neapolitan pizza, our menu offers much more. We serve wood-fired sandwiches, fresh salads, and a special daily pizza called "The Jimmy." Our team also runs a full-service catering division for private or corporate events. We offer many different themed menus to help make your parties special.
